Servicing, repairs & parts
Ideal Cycles is heavily focused on keeping bikes riding — not just selling new ones. Our O'Connor workshop handles servicing and repairs every weekday and Saturday morning, and our shelves are stacked with spare parts, small parts, retro fittings and selected second-hand pieces that newer shops often won't touch.
Spare & small parts
Brake pads, cables and housing, chains, tubes, spokes, nipples, bolts, bearings, ferrules and the other small parts that keep a repair moving. If you need something specific, ask before you drive across town.
Retro & hard-to-find parts
Years of stocking older standards means we often have sizes and styles that have left mainstream catalogues — useful for restorations, heirlooms and bikes that still have plenty of life left.
Second-hand parts
When a new part is discontinued or slow to arrive, we may have a sound used option. Ideal for hard-to-get items and budget-friendly keep-it-rolling fixes.
